I have been connecting to Acevpn for a month now using the app "Viscosity" (for Max/OSX). Set up using Viscosity was a breeze. Run the app, click on the supplied AceVPN configuration file for each server (which automatically loaded all the settings into Viscosity) and "presto" I was connected to my choice of Acevpn server in no time. Using Viscosity together with Acecpn, you can then swap between countries with the ease of a mouse click..straight from the mac's taskbar! This is incredibly cool. Switching back to my home country server is then a matter of turning off all the Ace server connections. I've had absolutely no problems with my Airport extreme network doing this either. I can also also surf the web via an Acevpn server on one mac and via my home IP from another mac all at the same time. Acevpn offers incredible flexibility. What more can you ask? Unreal!

I really am starting to understand the global safety, privacy and accessibility (to my fav US online stores, etc) this service will give me. In my line of work it is especially important. Working between two COCOMs in Stuttgart,Germany and going on missions to crazy places has really highlight a need for me to be safe and protected. Most of the time I can't remote access my work e-mails, even with my CAC card and reader so I believe, based upon the reviews and what I have been told, having a vpn account with a reputable company will give me added personal security. I simply don't want anyone to know 'where' I am at any one moment after sending an e-mail for force protection reason. All the best! S

First, I want to say thank you for your dedicated services. I think your customer support was outstanding. I don't know your name or your team member name whom helped me to go through the hardest part of setup in technical issues; in order to personally commended his/her patience and hard work in providing me the excellent support. I was with other VPN Providers and none of them gave me more than 10 emails. You really did a great job that stayed focus, followed up, and persistently helped to solve the problem. What I like the most was when I sent you the email, you did respond and responded fast with adequate information that guided me to right track. Almost 150 emails exchanged for support were amazing. I never had that many emails in my life for one person. Also, you did even support on Thanks Giving while other people was off and having the beer!!! This is an A+++ service.
